Reservations

We recommend that reservations for treatments be made five to seven days in advance. Weekend or holiday reservations are limited and should be scheduled two weeks in advance. We do not discriminate against any of our therapists by asking if you have a gender preference. However, we will try to accomodate any specific requests. Member requests always receive the first priority.

Forms of Payment

We are always happy to accept cash, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. As a convenience for our Members we will also accept checks. We are also pleased to be associated with the SpaWeek and Spafinder gift certificate programs and will accept these as payment for any regularly priced services. Vibrant Life Gift Certificates are also available and can be used as payment for services.

Cancellations

We require a 24 hour notice of all cancellations. We will always attempt to work with you in regards to emergencies and the need to reschedule. A credit card number is required to hold all appointments. In the event of a no show, we reserve the right to charge your card a $25 administrative fee to protect our time.

In order to provide balance in all our therapists lives, we celebrate the following Holidays by closing the Spa.

Admissions

Vibrant Life Day Spa limits admission to guests 13 years and older, and Massage and Body Treatments to guests at least 17 years of age. Minors should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Promotional Certificates

We are happy to accept Promotional Certificates from a variety of on-line marketing services. These certificates will be honored in conjunction with all our regular booking and cancellation policies. A credit card will be required to hold any appointment time. Because these certificates often represent a significant discount, we are only able to accept a limited amount of these appointments per day. We ask that you consider that when booking and plan on booking your appointment well in advance. Promotional certificates can not be used with any other discount and may not be booked on holidays or special event weekends.
